WellStar Paulding Hospital is a replacement facility planned to include a seven-story, 295,700-sq. ft. hospital, a four-story, 82,220-sq. ft. medical office building (MOB) that will tie in to an existing MOB, and a 120,000-sq. ft. precast parking deck. Paulding Hospital is the first hospital in the country conditioned solely on geothermal energy.
